The adult only area is behind a screened area and also has an outdoor hot tub, which was open in February, and a large swim up eating/bar area with tables in the water. The only hot tubs are in the adults only area, which is large. The lazy river is the largest water feature, with plenty of one and two person tubes to drift on. Only one of the two slides was open when we visited. The waterslide runs outside, so it's completely covered and dark. The waterslide ends in that pool area behind the rope, as usual. The kids part has a zero entry area with small slide and water mushroom that becomes the pool area. We found it very classy looking, with nice cushioned chairs throughout. We found it was open to the public for $15 each, so we drove from Burnsville and Lake City to meet up. It opened less than a week before we visited. We visited the new waterpark at Treasure Island, the Lagoon, with 10 family, members ages 55 down to 3 years old, because we like waterparks and are curious how this one compares.
